Caring for the Community Is Sydney Young's Specialty

Like most lawyers, Sydney Young is a voracious reader. She is also a lifelong lover of the arts who gives of her time in the community to advocate reading and the arts.

She writes The Book Snob column in Paris Life and supports Reading to the Future and One City One Book.

Sydney is an avid supporter of local theatre such as Paris Community Theatre. She is also a singer and sings with the Paris Community Choir and at FUMC.

Sydney believes in her community, and for this reason, she blogs about life in Paris, Texas, performances, and reading at www.sydsavvy/blogspot.com. In 2014, Sydney competed in the Local Dancing with the Stars competition benefiting Crime Stoppers and had the time of her life.
